			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that the competition has closed, I can share these delightful videos without getting into any endorsements. Besides, such creativity deserves an airing in its own right. Both videos were developed for the <a href="http://www.bakeryoftheyear.co.nz/" target="_blank">NZ Bakery of the Year</a> competition.</p>
<p>Here is this year&#8217;s video, Gingerbread Ed:</p>
