RSS feeds allow you to identify the Internet content you like and have the latest news and features delivered directly to you, rather than clicking from site to site.
To subscribe to RSS feeds you need feed reader software (or news reader software). There are many different software packages you can install on your computer. RSS readers are often built-in to your email software and may also be available as a toobar you can install in your web browser.
Finally there are also websites that you can register with, that will let you link to your favourite feeds and produce your own personal online newspaper. Some feed reader software also supports audio feeds.

Want more feeds?
There are RSS feeds available for all the different pages on frogblog – if you add /feed/ to the end of any of the frogblog URLs (web addresses), then that will be the address of the feed. So you could get a feed of only posts in May for example:
http://blog.greens.org.nz/index.php/2005/05/feed/
or for a single day:
http://blog.greens.org.nz/index.php/2005/05/22/feed/
if you do this for a single post you get the feed of the comments thread, for example:
http://blog.greens.org.nz/index.php/2005/08/16/a-podcast/feed/
Atom feeds are also available, frogblog only links to the RSS2 feeds, but Atom feeds can be found for any page as well. To get these you need to add /atom/ to the end of the URL, for example:
http://blog.greens.org.nz/index.php/atom/
http://blog.greens.org.nz/index.php/category/the-game/audioblog/atom/
