The Prime Minister and his Government have little care for our environment and generally see environmental considerations as unnecessary impediments to economic activity. http://localbodies-bsprout.blogspot.co.nz/2013/05/10-reasons-for-opposing-rma-changes.html

While this Government continues to pursue policies that perpetuate the shift of wealth to the already rich and deny a living wage to our poorest, the effects of poverty will continue.

I see Stuff states there are “about 170 delegates at the party’s annual conference in Christchurch today”.
I guess the party will never need a big convention centre (like the one arranged for Auckland recently,) for its annual conferences, making such places ideal for criticism, despite the deal being for the same as given by a past Labour government for a much smaller centre!
Perhaps its time the party learned how to throw a party and get some supporters out to show their backing!
