(assuming as I have, that you didn’t use some ridiculous amount of magnification to capture the detailing of that beautiful colour gradation….)
I’m hopeless at latin nomenclature for plants, so I’ll go with it being some kind of rushy, wet-footed pond dweller.
I have an inkling it’s not a native, just ‘cos it seems faintly familiar (in the blurry background examples) from something I grew up with in the countryside.
