The Nats are not showing us the same duty of care - they are rushing through legislation based on idealogy and to create favorable conditions and opportunities for their rich mates (insurance industry in this case). Meanwhile treasury are pointing out the oversights with regard to future risks, yet there is nothing to stop them - except theoretically the governor general. Good governance and democracy doesn't get a look in - time for a written constitution?
