		<description>Safety on Bicycles... European cities are notable for the absence of cycle  helmets! 

NZ's mandatory helmet regulations teach our children that biking is unsafe, while treating adults like kids. Cyclists do not run into each other,  its is the drivers of cars that must exercise the precautionary principle. 

Only then can we be 'safe' on the streets.</description>
