Pity I didn't have a camera with me, so can't contribute to a dirty dairying photo archive. Speaking of Crown Cows, although I have no idea whether these were Crown ones or privately owned, I was travelling through State Highway 54 between Feilding and Hunterville a couple of weeks ago, and saw a much larger herd than that depicted in the “Crown Cows” post paddling around in the Rangitikei River.
