Kiwis of all stripes have been hitting the beaches in support of the Green Party’s Sand Whale Campaign. We promised to put all the photos from around the country together and send them off to Japan. Here is a short video from MP Metiria Turei to say thank you to all those who sent photos and show the Japanese just how much we care. Enjoy!

Great idea Metiria, and great work everyone!
Could we have a Green poster made with the photos of all the whale sculptures and sculptors on it?
A great example of Common Purpose and People Power!

They have already made a poster!
I got a hold of one by contacting katherine.strack@parliament.govt.nz.
Additionally was cool to hear the rest of the “intro” song!
