Don’t laugh too loudly at this idea. An exhaust manifold can cooker was standard on the original Jeep and most other WWII military vehicles.

Hmmm…. the target for a drivethru at McD is under three minutes from order to exit, so one wonders how long this would take…
Trivia – McD measures how long each drivethru order takes, and in every McD there is a computer monitor showing how well that McD is doing in time terms, what its position is in the country, and lists any nearby McDs so you can compare how quick your service is…
