Valentine’s Day

Ok, thanks for the supportive comments. Most of you think I should give it a go and try my hand at romance with my press gallery beguiler. But how do I make my Valentine’s Day special? How should I go about it? The person in question must be interested in politics, right? I could ask them if they want to come around to watch my Blood Diamond DVD - diamonds, Valentines, romantic, no?

Time to confess; frogs have never been great at romance. You’d think with the muscular legs and smooth skin things would work out well for us, but it doesn’t seem to pan out that way. Dating advice and pick-up lines most appreciated!

Pop in to commonsense organics stroll around buying wine, olives, cheese, crakers… whatever you like to indulge in. Then make your way over to the waterfront… throw out a rug on the grass, sit, chat and enjoy each other… take a little radio and put on some Iron and Wine or Wilco or just stick to the sounds of the city buzzing while you stop and lax. Make it zero waste and carbon free… subtle politics of living.

    whatever you do, enjoy :)
