Some aspiring political satirist placed blue cans on the outskirts of Parliament’s grounds over the weekend. Frogblog has acquired one of these cans, and can bring you various shots of the label:

Now I have one of these cans, Frog, and am incredibly interested in what is actually inside. I’ve been sorely tempted to open it, but don’t want to waste the contents, if I find them to be something I don’t feel like eating at the time.
Are you able to assist?
On another note, I understand there are also cans of “baloney” floating ’round.

Given that tinned corned beef was a traditionally Pacific Island food (as fresh meat wasn’t available) perhaps this is a uniquely PI response to Brash’s lack of concern about food security amongst children living in poverty.
Can someone remind me of the name of the Samoan artist who did a complete sculpture out of flattened corned beef tins (this was also a reference to PI child poverty/food insecurity)
Finally, shameless plug for the atrs, please watch bro’Town on Weds at 7:30pm, TV3, everybody needs a laugh, and right now is as good as any time!!!!
