Having been through a few restructures in my working career I can vouch for the futility of it all. Hmmmm, resructure, rename, rebadge, mission statement, new business cards (throw the old ones out) new……. until the next time someone has a bright idea.

Roll on child poverty, no child diabetes, no tax cuts and a decent wage increase for people at the bottom of the scale….

personally my favourite quote that sums it all up is:

‘I am doing my “big OE” in London and was recently telling my English friend, who is an intelligent guy and travelled in NZ for some months last year, that there was a campaign to change our flag.
